Rapper: Nas has announced King’s Disease II, a “sequel” album to King’s Disease via Mass Appeal Records Out Now.



The sequel to King’s Disease album features from Eminem, EPMD, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Blxst, YG, Charlie Wilson, and others just to name a few.
